ManuQueue is an internal tool our robotics team uses to request, order, and track parts. Accounts are only for team members. This page explains what ManuQueue stores and who it is shared with.
What we store
- Your account: name, position, subteam, robot assignment, role, and the PIN you sign in with.
- If you add them in Settings: your Slack member ID, Microsoft Teams user ID, notification email address, and notification preferences.
- The requests, orders, inventory, tracking, and budget records you create or change, including links and files you attach.
- A cookie that keeps you signed in.
Email notifications
If you save an email address, ManuQueue emails you about things that concern you — requests waiting on your approval, updates on your own requests, and orders you are the responsible lead for. These emails come from manuqueue@gmail.com and are sent through the Gmail API.
ManuQueue's access to Google is limited to sending email from that one team account. It cannot read, change, or delete anyone's mailbox. You can switch categories off or remove your address at any time under Settings → Notifications.
ManuQueue's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Services that handle data for us
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud host the app and store its data and attached files.
- Google Analytics for Firebase collects usage statistics, such as pages visited and browser or device type.
- Google Gemini processes receipt photos you scan and product links you preview, to fill in order details.
- Slack or Microsoft Teams receive notification messages posted to the team channel, which include names and order details.
- The member list may be read from a team Google Sheet.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
